Overkill

I burned 173 calories on today's workout. I set it for an hour. Yikes! I had to keep dialing down the difficulty until it was at minimum after the first half hour. Actually I had done the first 27 minutes of a Rodney Yee yoga dvd before I started the other workout. A bit of overkill, but I guess it's because I overindulged a bit today. I had two oatmeal bar snacks, a tuna salad with dressing (I did eat most of the greens) and a half order of mu shu pork... I really should just order a half next time.
